Comfortable Stay with Some Room for Improvement

Spent five relaxing nights in a Beautiful Twin Room. Appreciated the ocean view but found the lack of laundry services limiting. The breakfast offered good variety, especially the fresh pastries. For future guests, consider local dining options as nearby restaurants are few. Request shuttle services in advance!

All in all particularly good and unbeatable setting adjacent to airport shuttle and all stores or English labels. Plus, 10 minutes drive from Jeju Ice Museum. A huge variety of outstanding food for meals😃👌

Good breakfast and a wide range of goodies. Exceptionally comfortable beds and cable channels, a refrigerator, coffee and tea making facilities. Fantastic facilities in general, marvellous and quiet location to Nine bridges golf club.

The outdated decor needs a refresh!!! The inconsistent room supplies were frustrating, not to mention being blindsided by the closed pool and spa without prior notice!!!

Appreciated our a nice size and well-organised rooms in this place.

We ate at a good restaurant at 22nd floor. It was in the best possible location with Shilla Duty Free nearby. Restaurants and cafes were also near the hotel.

I really loved that there were so many restaurants and convenience stores just a few steps away, making my city strolls so much more enjoyable, and the hotel also had a great buffet on the rooftop with a fine view of the island that was perfect for a relaxing meal after a day of exploring.

We visited the local black pork restaurant and enjoyed some shopping nearby. The hotel was clean and close to everything. The housekeeping was great and the room was spacious. Definitely recommend for group stays!

We had an issue with internet connectivity . Even after calling the front desk for help, nobody showed up to fix it, a bit frustrating.

Room setup had its quirks, especially with only three accessible charging plugs. A bit awkward for three travelers. The pool, while lively, was shallow at just one meter and had limited seating were great. A slight odor from the bathroom lingered, which needed constant attention to keep the door shut, and the overall decor felt dated in some areas.

Great location in the heart of the city! Everything we needed, from restaurants to convenience stores, was within walking distance. The staff were super helpful and the housekeeping kept our room spick and span. The breakfast was delicious and had a variety of options, perfect to fuel up for a day of exploring. Just wish the internet was faster during our stay. It was a bit unreliable at times.

Not gonna lie, that check-in experience felt a bit chilly, and the lack of a proper in-house dining scene stings. The comfy factor of the bed? Let's just say it leaned more towards cozy-cramped. Still, with the vibrant food scene nearby, you won't be hungry for long!

The location near Yeongdong is fantastic, perfect for easy shopping and dining. Enjoying homemade jams at breakfast was a delight. The room cleanliness left something to be desired, with sticky stains on surfaces and a dirty window. Some amenities felt outdated, particularly the bathroom fixtures. Despite these issues, the spacious room provided comfort and a good view of the sunset.

Clean rooms and great location right next to the duty-free shopping. Lack of air conditioning made the room feel stuffy at night.
